基本目標
私たち基幹労連は、日本を支える基幹産業、
すなわち“ものづくり産業”に働く仲間の集う産業別労働組合としての責任を自覚し、つぎの9つの基本目標を掲げて活動します。
1．雇用と生活の安定をめざして
労働組合の最優先課題として雇用の安定に取り組みます。また基幹産業にふさわしい水準の労働条件をめざし、自らの能力を高め、仕事や人生に対して誇りをもって働ける運動をめざします。
2．産業政策、政策・制度の推進
産業が健全に発展することは大変重要です。さらに基幹作業の安定成長は、日本経済にとっても不可欠です。私たちは基幹産業の発展につながる政策の実現や、国・地方の政策・制度の改善を通じて、「安心して働き、暮らせる社会」をめざします。
3．安全・衛生活動の推進
“安全はすべてに優先する”ことを基本に、お互いに仲間を思いやり安全で快適に働ける職場づくりをめざします。
4．政治活動の推進
健全で真に国民から信頼される政治体制の確立をめざします。また、私たちの代表として各級議員を擁立し、また理念や政策を同じくする政党や政治勢力との連携・支援を行います。
5．組織活動・教育活動の強化
組合員の多様な価値観やニーズに対応するとともに、女性の活動参画を大切にします。また次代を担うリーダーの育成や生涯学習をはじめ、年代・対象層別の教育活動を推進します。
6．中小労働運動の強化
中小労働運動の強化・発展をめざし、加盟組合相互の連携・支援の強化を通じ、基幹労連に結集するすべての組合の地位向上をはかります。
7．未組織労働者の組織化
組合がない会社等で働く人の組合づくりに積極的に取り組み、働くもの全体の社会的地位の向上をめざします。
8．相互扶助（共済）活動の充実
スケールメリットをいかした相互扶助（共済）活動を推進し、組合員のニーズにあった制度の拡充につとめます。
9．国際活動・社会貢献活動の推進
グローバル化の進展にともない増大する国際労働問題や産業政策の課題、平和・環境問題に、連合や金属労協と連携し取り組みます。また社会を構成する一員として幅広い社会貢献活動を推進します。
Basic Targets of our Labor Movement
Recognizing our responsibility as an industrial union, we raise following basic targets.
1.Towards Stable Employment and Working Life
We give the first priority to stability in employment for workers. In addition, we provide better skills and working conditions to workers.
2.Promoting Industrial and Public Polices
We form policies for basic industries and realize a society for workers to secure work and life.
3.Promoting Safety and Health Activities
We pursue safe and comfortable workshops giving "Top Priority to Safety and Health".
4.Promoting Political Initiatives
We pursue healthy and honestly reliable politics to people. We send congress members and cooperate with like-minded political parties and forces.
5.Intensifying Organization Drives and Education Programs
We take into account various needs and encourage participation by female representatives. We promote educational programs by generation and age strata including leader-fostering and life-time education.
6.Strengthening Labor Movement among Medium and Small Labor Unions
We support medium and small unions and raise their status.
7.Unionizing the Unorganized
We organize the unorganized and raise the social status of workers as a whole.
8.Enhancing Mutual Assistance
We enhance mutual assistance schemes making most of scale merits.
9.Promoting International and Social Contributions
We develop broad social contribution programs and solve increasing international problems in labor, industrial policies, environment and peace with national center JTUC-RENGO (Japanese Trade Union Confederation) and JCM (Japan Council of Metalworkers' unions).
