沿革

はじめまして『基幹労連』です

私たち日本基幹産業労働組合連合会（略称：基幹労連）は、日本の主要な基幹産業のうち、鉄鋼、造船、非鉄金属、建設、航空・宇宙、産業機械、製錬、金属加工、情報・物流のほか、多くの関連業種で働く仲間が結集した産業別労働組合です。

鉄鋼労連・造船重機労連・非鉄連合の3産別が、組織力と政策力の発揮をめざし「未来を拓く組織統一、希望ある前進」をスローガンに掲げ、2003年9月9日に基幹労連を結成しました。その後、2014年9月に建設連合が加わり、全国42都道府県に県本部・県センターを配し、366加盟組合（757構成組織）、約26.9万人の仲間が集う組織です。（2023年8月1日現在）

私たちは、雇用と生活の安定をめざして、労働条件の維持・向上、産業政策・政策制度活動の推進、安全で快適な職場づくり、政治活動の推進等をすすめながら、働くものの幸せづくりのため、産業・企業の枠を超えた強い絆で、未来に向けて果敢に挑戦していきます。

Welcome to JBU, Kikan Roren

JBU is an industrial union uniting many workers in various industries from steel, shipbuilding, non-ferrous industries, construction to aerospace, industrial machineries, refining, information-related and distribution industries as major industries in Japan.
Former 3 industrial unions, Japan Federation of Steel Workers' Unions (Tekko Roren), Japan Confederation of Shipbuilding and Engineering Workers' Unions (Zosen Juki Roren) and Japan Federation of Industrial Materials and Energy Workers' Unions (JME) founded this new union on September 9, 2003 under the slogan "Federation towards Better Future and Progress in Great Hopes." In September 2014, Japan Construction Trade Union Confederation joined the JBU.
We unite 366 unions (757 oganizations), 269 thousand union members. In 42 prefectures we have Prefectural Headquarters or Centers.
We will develop industrial and public policies, safe and comfortable workshops and political campaigns etc. for stable employment and life.
"The reliable industrial union!" That is JBU.
